Jobs in and around Aachen

Hi all! I moved to Germany in June, but have just found this stie today. So excited to know that there are so many other Americans living abroad in Germany. I live in Selfkant-Hongen, but am only 30 minutes from Aachen (we are closer to the Netherlands border - Sittard, NL is only 5 minutes away). I am a registered nurse in the United States, but am having great difficulty finding any work here. Any ideas? I speak English and Spanish fluently and am currently working on my master's in Nursing Education. Please let me know if you have any ideas/suggestions!

I've had trouble finding work as well, but that is mostly because I don't speak fluent German. I'm working on that and hoping to get a temporary job at an internet cafe or something of that sort. I'm not sure if things are different in the medical field, but I've found fluency in German to be a must for most employers here.
