Hike to Benediktenwand

Hello hikers,

this is a bit late but if anyone is interested, There is going to be a hike this Saturday.

the name of the mountain is Benediktenwand (1800m) and the hike is 6-7 hours return.

Please note that this is a very difficult hike and only for experienced/fit hikers.

It is about 1 hour south of Munich on the train, which we will probably get at about 9:30.

I will post the details tomorrow, so If you think you can handle it and would like to come, please reply

hi everyone, just an update on the saturday hike. we are going to meet at 9:00am

at the usual place infront of the information centre outside hauptbanhoff.

the train leaves at 9:30 but we need time to buy tickets and get organised so please make sure you are there no later than 9:00am. the train ride will be about

one hour and the hike itself will be 6-7 hours. we will get the train back to munich at around about 6:00pm.

make sure you bring plenty to eat and plenty water!Also dont forget to wear/bring warm clothes.
