Consulting services for buying a second-hand car

is there someone around Munich who provide consulting service for buying used cars? I know one from Hannover but he is too far awar and kinda expensive

I can consult you on buying a '91 Blue VW Golf Cabrio Mk1 that is in good condition, with nice cream leather interior, a nice MP3 stereo unit and barely used winter wheels and TÜV till mid-2009 for about 2000Eur towards the end of November, if you like. I could even consult you for taking axle stands, a jack, jump leads and some tools for that price.
