I'm away in a fortnight, but how about Heidelberg on Thurs 25th Sept (+/-1 day)...

As most of you know we'll be in India until 5th Oct

I changed it this time as the third week in September, which is what bob put, is in my calender the 15- 21st september not the date you guys are talking about.

I may be around for the Herbstfest. However, if it is going to be a gorgeous weekend, I may take the bike on a two-day tour... since fall is here already I want to take advantage of any warm weekends. Will know in about a week.

What time is good? 4, 5, 6, 7? It would be nice to see a bit of the fest in the daylight. How about 6? My suggestion would be at the entrance to parking garage number 8 on the Hauptstrasse, near C&A. Thoughts?

I'm afraid I'm going to suggest changes The Galeria may be more central, or? ... unless I'm mistaken, aren't there a couple of C&A on Hauptstrasse, and I'm not where this parking garage is.

.. and how about at 5? Early enough to enjoy the fest in daylight... unless more people want to meet later.

I was thinking of meeting Wren in the Talbot (http://www.the-talbot.de) for a pint first - I suggested 3 to her but later is also good. It might be good to meet slightly less "central" as there will be lots of folk around.

I think the plan at the moment is to meet up before the herbstfest for a pint, check out the herbstfest, then meet up after for more pints I expect there will still be people meeting up till 7 or 8...

we won't be able to make it any earlier than 7 and that might be pushing it but it's cool with us to hook up with you guys somewhere then if you're still up for it.
