I will add myself to the list of maybe'. This week is looking fairly busy already. Can't make Wed or Fri. Thursday depends on the other half as he would be more interested in the football than me. We could make it tomorrow but maybe only in HD.

Is anyone interested in meeting up on July 25 in Heidelberg?

Not when you are on holiday from the 9th to the 19th!

I wont be there. I am going to paris and the US for a couple weeks.

I'm moving this week and then will be way for the rest of the month (just about) so count me out for a while.

Hey! Unfortunately we won't be able to make the pubquiz on Tuesday. Also we can't make Friday. But we would be up for meeting in HD any of the other days. Sat would be fine also.

I agree for this group to plan anything a week in advance is too early, so 25th of July is like next year for most of us

But we'll keep it in mind post again when you get back though Marquie8 and no doubt you'll get some takers.

Since nobody is coming from Mannheim, we can meet somewhere further away from the Hauptbahnhof.

There are simply tons of options , but if you're going to the fireworks later then we might want to meet somewhere near the river. Any preferences?

I guess somewhere in the old town would be good. I haven't got any preferences, so if you know a good insider's tip we'll be up for it. Or we can meet in a neutral place (fountain Uniplatz?) and then go from there? What time? 7:30?

Well it seems things are pretty quiet on here. I'll probably need a tasty beverage at some point next week, but can't make the Tuesday (in MH) quiz as my language course only finished at 8.10. Let me know if anyone's interested.

me and a friend from the UK are meeting up for a drink in Mannheim tomorrow night (Tues), if anyone else is free then everyone is welcome.

not sure about venue yet as it depends on the weather tomorrow, if dry then it will be OEG Bahnhof 'City beach' if it rains then i'm open to suggestions, or in a all else fails case Cafe Vienna.

@Ferkel hopefully might be in HD at the end of the week, so prepare to have the sty invaded

It's been a while since the last HD/Mannheim meetup I know the "regulars" aren't on vacation - i've seen you at the pub quiz!

How about a meetup in HD next week / weekend? Weekend would be better since I've a 3 hour commute to and fro if we meet in HD and I'm away on work Wed-Fri.

Hi everyone! I'm going to be in HD 28th to 31st August and wondered if there might be plans for that weekend? I'm still living in th UK (Godalming, Surrey) but as my girlfriend is German and living in HD I'd like to start making a life there. I work here as a video editor and cameraman but my German isn't good - I'd say GSCE level ... so I'm going to need to find something I can do out there for a living until I've vastly improved! We'll see... Does anyone work anywhere that have corporate/training videos made?! Or perhaps photography? This is my first post .. how exciting!

The next few weekends we're pretty busy, we could mabe make fri night but on sat we're going to watch Hoffenheim play their first home Bundesleague game in Mannheim.
