whats the closest stop to get off the ole #5 train

If the no.5 through the main station and comes back around through paradeplatz and then to marktplatz, then you can get off at marktplatz. The side of the square where starbucks and istanbul is is the road that turns into jungbuschstrasse. Just follow it past Yamyam (asian food place) and Sultan (turkish food) and keep going, over the ring and then further.

I suggest we do it on another night other than Tues so people can do both if they want.

maybe something at the weekend as more people seem to be able to make it then, so i'd suggest friday or saturday night then we could try out a few clubs in heidelberg as well maybe.

Ok, I volunteered my place as venue for having some of that Bailey´s that we won (some of us anyway) this weekend. And I am also leaving Germany next week, so it will be a going away party as well. So anyone who feels that they have a claim on some of the Bayley´s - Saturday afternoon around 16:00 at my place in Viernheim - I will sort out some snacks, bring along whatever you want to drink apart from the Bayleys. I will have some nasty shots for anyone that laughs at the way the place is decorated . PM me for directions (I usually check for messages in the evening).

Perhaps it may be useful to merge the two threads?

We manage to overlap these things anyway, so there's no reason why one thread can't be used to manage meetings for the pub-quiz or for the "fortnightly" meet-ups in HD. Besides, most of us who go to one go to the other also...
