Can someone more technologically savvy help me with this.

I really want to get back to practicing guitar again. In the old days of audio cassettes (remember those), I would record my guitar songs I was practicing on cassette and play them back on a tape recorder to hear what I was doing right or wrong.

I have a 1st generation ipod nano now. Is there a device or anything I can do in order to record stuff I practice now and eventually download it on my ipod nano so I can listen to my practicing later.
