Help!
I'm a die-hard Red Sox fan who's coming to Munich for Weis'n on the 25th/26th of September. When I booked the trip, I didn't realize that the damn Red Sox would make an incredible run and be fighting the Yankees for the AL East pennant!
So, I was wondering, is there anywhere that I can watch the game? I would rather shell out 20 Euros on beer to watch at a bar than follow online in an Internet cafe, that's for sure...
I realize that this is probably in vain, but I thought I would try, seeing as this will be a nationally televised game back home, perhaps there will be somewhere showing it?
I can put up with missing my USC Trojans beat up on Stanford that weekend, but I really, really, don't want to miss this one!

Phew!! When I first read the title of this post, I thought (for 1/2 second) you were a %*# Yankees fan. But, then I read the post and happily you are a Red Sox fan.
As much as I really want to have faith in them, I just don't think this is going to be the year.
Don't forget the 6 hour time difference - last year I had to pull an all-nighter to watch them lose in extra innings to the Yankees.

i was @ phoenix landing in cambridge watching that game kitkat... i've never seen so many grown men shed tears @ a bar... utterly depressing
I was talking to my parents on the phone(they live in Vermont) - wanted to know what the bad news was that I was calling them at 5 am my time - I said ' Bad News? Isn't it bad enough that the Red Sox are losing to the Yankess(again)?'
