Gday Everyone,
I'm new to the forum and to Dresden but was wondering if anyone had any ideas where i might be able to watch the Cricket World Cup here in Dresden.
I've been down to the Shamrock this afternoon (the bartender didn't even know what cricket was). She said that they are only really showing the Rugby... Any ideas?
I've thought about taking a walk around the Neustadt but don't even know where to start!
Any advice would be awesome
Cheers

Hi Haydo,
I usually watch the cricket at the shamrock. The bar tenders there don't reall know how to change the channels.
However due to the rugby world cup it could be difficult to get the cricket on. I am normally allowed to take the remote control
and change the channel to what i want.

cheers for the replies,
Unfortunately don't even have internet on at my apartment yet.
It's provided by work and they aren't so keen to let me have it... god knows why
Ive got a phone line there already, of course I have to pay for the calls I make, but does anyone know if it's possible to put the internet on without disturbing their connection (or even better so they won't even know I've got it?) Is it possible in Germany to have 2 phone lines at the one house, or run a DSL connection from a different provider on another providers line?
Good to know that when the rugby is done that I might be able to get some cricket in.
