So it's been discovered that women jogging without a correct "Over the shoulder boulder holder" can cause saggy breasts .. and we don't want that now, do we ...

BBC News report on saggy breasts warning

QUOTE
They found breasts moved in a 3D figure of eight and that uncontrolled movement strained fragile tissues and ligaments. The study suggested as a woman runs a mile, her breasts bounced 135m

Can I be the first to say that I wish I had been on the study team that undertook this research ...

Shockabsorbers Boune-o-meter: You can choose a cup size and level of activity and will see a realistic simulation of breasts during activity (naked, normal bra, shock-absorber's bra) ... funny stuff.

I wonder if the same holds true for men's nether regions...

Yawn...I learned that by 6th grade.

Your breasts were already sagging in 6th grade?!?!? My stars, you must have developed early.

Jogging your way to saggy breasts,

Dammit. I read the title and thought it might be some kinda incentive scheme to get me running again.

Zee. Thank you so much. I was due to have quite a slow morning at work. Thanks to your public spirited post, I can now spend my time in scientific research of the highest order. So far, the walking C cup is most pleasing on the eye.

At what point does scientifically minded observation become harrassment?

Just asking like...

Like with all bras, fit is key.
Too many people wear the wrong size and frankly, because of my involvement in a Sportsverein, I see waaaaaay too many women training in the wrong bra. Makes me wince, it can't be comfortable and must be distracting.
Those shockabsorber bras are pretty good, not pretty but do the job. Triumph makes Triaction ones and they are really fabulous (spesh the Powermove W), the new Nike range is pretty alright too and their training tops with built-in support stop jiggle (oh I like jiggle, just not the sag-inducing kind).

I 2nd the Triaction from Triumph. I bought 1 (Extreme N) for running and like it so much that I threw away all my others and went and bought more. They are by far the best (and VERY comfortable) I have found for anyone a DD or over. It is hard to find a good running bra in the larger cup sized. They are a bit pricey (around 45 euro at the Trimuph outlet) but well worth it.
