Help needed with putting together furniture

I bought a bathroom cupboard for under the sink from TOOM for about 42 EUROS. However, the problem is that gettig it fixed will cost me almost double. I am not good with that kind of stuff and there needs to be a small hole drilled in the cupboard and I do not have any equipment to do this. Any advice?

Buy a drill and a small drill bit?

Put a picture (doesnt have to be you) and your location in your TT profile and some guys might offer to help you.

Or maybe ask the friendly neighbour...

I tried to put it together on the weekend and I just cannot manage. There are no instructions and a screws in the box.
