Bruce Springsteen concerts

Just found out today that Springsteen will play Mannheim and Koln in December 2007. Cool I thought, I'll just go and get a ticket, must be loads left, can't be too many Bruce fans in Germany afterall eh! But of course both dates were sold out completely. Gutted! Is it just me or was there a fecking media black-out on this gig? And since when do the Hermans dig the Boss?

Last time I saw Bruce in concert was in 1979 at Hartford just before Christmas. Great show.

No Munich gig?

Saw him at Olympic stadium here and it was best concert i ever attended.

Yeah but did you see the prices? €200 - €300!! I wouldn't pay that to see the second coming.

I'm disappointed he isnt coming to Munich. He is one of those people you just have to see before they stop alltogether and the fact that he is touring with the E Street Band makes it all the more disappointing.

I think they are that high so he can finally get some singing lessons and stop just yelling into a microphone.
