Meeting English-speakers in Heilbronn - Germany

despite living here for over 6 years, we've only just heard of this website!

We are both English (London area & Newcastle) and have a 1 year old son.

I'm now home full-time and would love to hear from anyone else in the area who'd maybe like to meet up occasionally.

Hi All,

Just been transferred from Stuttgart to Heilbronn (don't ask) and wanted to know if there are any Social events here in Heilbronn !

Heilbronn seems a nice small place, bit dull but not too bad. However my usual method for meeting English Speakers (Irish Bars) doesn't seem to be available in Heilbronn.

Does anybody have any tips about where to hang out in Heilbronn ?

Or please let me know if you want to meet up and make the week go quicker via a couple of beers and / or wines.

i´ve been living in heilbronn for 2 years now and just heard of this web page. i´m from northern england and got married to a german man last year. we have 2 children aged 2 1/2 and 7 months! í´m looking for another english mum with children about the same age as mine to meet up occasionaly.

hi, i have just read that peole used to meet up at the treppensee gaststätte/biergarten in heilbronn on the last friday of every month. does anybody know if its still going on? i´ve been living in heilbronn for nearly 2 years now and haven´t found any english speaking people yet. are there any english speakers in heilbronn...?

I am currently living in Hong Kong (originally from Australia) with my German partner and soon to move to Heilbronn in September this year.
It would be great to meet up with other English speakers. I do have 2 children 12 + 8 but still very young at heart and always enjoy a night out.

i´d just about given up...! thanx for that it gives me something to look forward to! maybe we could meet up when you arrive?

Hi I have been living in the HN area for about 8 years now and still have not met any English speakers. I have two boys 3 and 165 months nad would love to meet other moms of young children for play dates and just some English speaking.

Sounds great!!! I live in Flein and they just opened a new...well I am not sure what it is, basically a place for people with children(child friendly and safe) to meet, have coffee and talk. It is just down the street from me. If I could only remember the name now. I will look into that and maybe we could meet there.

I can not tell you how excited I am to meet another English speaker with children too!!
