Some of the Asian shops here in Munich sell them.

Online you can get them from Food From Home. Thoroughly recommend them, here's a topic: "Food From Home" - an online grocery store

Give this crowd a ring, it's an Indian shop and I think I saw English tea in there.

Here's my suggestion: go to your local tea shop and try a couple of real teas. You'll never look back!

Real tea?

Like what, "Fruit of the Forest with Hobbit Bottom Shavings of the Season" ?

I'm currently drinking Namring, a Darjeeling (SFTGFOP) from the first picking - flowery taste, aromatic smell, sweet mouthfeel, according to the tasting notes.

I used to bring back PG Tips with me to Germany; now I wouldn't touch that rubbish with a bargepole. Any tea shop here will be able to offer something good. Each to their own though. I was just wondering how many more suggestions the OP needed.
Yeti
Sorry, thought for a minute you were suggesting funny coloured teas.

Thanks again for the great response biggrin.gif

Teabags are very light and store well. I therefore get any visitors to bring 'em over, or bring on my own rare trips home. Also on my "please bring" list tends to be helmanns mayonaise and Cadburys low calorie (kidding myself there) hot chocolate. I have been here nearly 4 years and never run out of teabags yet!!
