Erythema nodosum treatment availibility in Munich

I would like to know if any one has ever suffered with Erythema nodosum.

I would like to know of any good doctors who have experience in this, please note I have already visited "University clinic Dermatology, Munich at Fraunlob str 9".

Actually they made many tests like blood, unrine, tool and punch biopsy, but could not come to a conclusion what causes this. Actually the first symptom appeared after the child birth, disappeared in between and appeared again.
