Breuer in the Höhenzollernstr. Man wedding dress stores (try Sonnenstr.) also do evening dress hire.
But I have some hats you could borrow if you get stuck (seeing as is you - have navy, black, capuccino with feathers...)?
If she didn't want to hire a hat, C&A does some of the most keenly priced but not cheap looking ones about, surprisingly enough.
