Clothes and jewellery shopping for a girlfriend

Hello All,

I am here in Munich for about 2 months and leave this month end...and my girlfriend back in New York has threatened me that if I dont get anything for her from Munich, she will...(no points for guessing)...she might like some nice jacket or some nice jewelery (not diamonds or anything expensive) which she can wear to work or in the evening...Any suggestions for a possible shop/place in Munich where I can get this and also at the same time I can also look for something for myself...not looking for expensive designer shops.

there is a small shop in the Funf Hofe that has pretzel necklaces in gold and silver, some have stones in them.
There are also some of the tourist shops by the HofBrauhaus and in the Pedestrian Zone that sell charms- you could wear them on a necklace.

There's a big road in Munich called Kaufingerstrasse. It's got lots of shops on it, including many clothes shops. You can get there from Marienplatz or Karlsplatz.
