Say, the menu at this place looks familiar. Are these the people who used to run C. Matto on Rosenthaler Str (across the street from the Hackescher Markt tram stop) before it got turned into a Chinese restaurant? That place was cool.
alex_m
That was a yes I'm coming because yes the time is better! smile.gif
TKrueg
I will definitely come. I am looking to meet some people here in Berlin!
GoodGrief
They don't take reservations for after 11:30, but they asssured me that once we show up, they'd be able to seat us together. That should work out fine. See ya'll on Sunday.
gumboots
Hi all,

I'm new in town, and would love to join you on for brunch if there's a seat...
Danielaa
Count me in as well smile.gif
EtainVeronique
Count me in as well! I have yet to attend one of these, and I think Sunday could be it. If anyone wants to head over to Mauer Park afterwards, I'll be going (weather providing).
Sandgroperin

Sandgroperin

giorgio83

jessephrenic
Phew, I'm glad there aren't reservations because I forgot to say if I was coming ! Yes I think I'll be there and maybe Svea too... see you then.
GoodGrief
Yes, going for the buffet, Giorgio, but I'd think they would have smaller breakfasts too if that's what you'd prefer.
See ya'll tomorrow!
giorgio83

phoenix-rose

jessephrenic
Looks like we won't make it after all (again, thankfully there aren't reservations !)
Dex20

EtainVeronique
That was fun! Good to meet everyone. Hope to do it again next Sunday smile.gif
giorgio83
yes, it was really fun... I had fun too... hope to meet again soon with you all... :-)
VenusInFurs
It was really nice to meet those of you I hadn't met and nice to see the rest of you again!
GoodGrief
So, any suggestions for this coming Sunday?
phoenix-rose
What about:

Echo
Hasenheide 107
10967 Berlin - Kreuzberg
Tel.: 62 72 00 93

Brunch

Samstags: Nein
Sonntags, von 09.00 - 15.00 Uhr

Frühstück

Ja, Täglich
(Restaurant, Bar, Veranstaltungslocation)
(Outdoorplätze: Nein )

which is close to Hermannplatz uban and the volkspark hasenheide. While it doesn't look like the restaurant has any outdoor seating, the park is quite close - so if it's nice we could hang out there after brunch.

Disclaimer: I've never been here, so I can't say re food, price, or reservations.

~Rose

PS if this isn't of interest, there's a pretty good list at:

Seems like a reasonable place to me, and since there are no other suggestions... Why don't you start a new thread with that info.

FWIW, Sunday's forecast is mostly cloudy but maybe not rain.
