I won't remember u who are the WORLD Champions...i just want to find a place where it is
possible to watch the Serie A. If someone has this information?!...

Come on..Maybe there was corruption...but it is still the best league...which team won the Champion's League this year?!?!Was it italian or english?!?!

Agreed, an Italian team were the winners of the Champions League.
That doesn't, in any way, reflect on the quality of the domestic league/s.

When the league was made up of eighteen teams with the bottom four going down, it was the toughest that one could play in. Recent changes (twenty teams, three relegations) have obviously not helped and overall quality has decreased because of the dilution of talent created by having more teams in the top league. Average goal per match statistics are much higher than many think (2.5, iirc) and Italian defenses and tactical play are still easily among the best in the business though.
