Opening a guest house in Enger (near Bielefeld)

Hi my wife and I are hoping to open a FARM HOUSE bed & breakfast on Hiddenhauser strasse ENGER we should be openning around SUMMER SEASON 2008. we will offer full english breakfast's and english TV
we intend producing our own pork grow our own veggies use our home grown produce where possible.
We are hoping to accomodate visiting families of British servicemen who are stationed at the three British Army Barracks in that area as well as tourist that are passing through this lovely area.
WHAT DO PEOPLE THINK "IS THIS SOMETHING THAT WILL SUCCEED"

why not. You'll only know if you try. Of course you'll have the costs but if it's well thought through and you have a good feeling about it then give it a bash.
