So, a note was on my door with this word on it. It is only for an hour and it only effects the middle flats. I cant find a good translation for this. My concern is that maybe I actually need to be here during that time. The main pipe runs thru wall of the middle flats and I know that a couple times they have needed to get into my storage unit as well (mine is the only unit in the keller that happens to be in the middle of the outside wall).
So, what exactly does this mean - is it only that water will be off for the hour - or something different.
Thanks

The word means that they will be turning of the water. EXACTLY what they will be doing or whether you need to be there no one can say without a little more information.

But if they needed you to be there , it would say on the notice

If they haven“t let you know, its their problem and you should go and enjoy the day anyway!

OK, thanks. I just wasnt sure as it isnt one of the notes from the water people that they usually leave on the building, just a typed note on white paper and only for the middle flats (those on the outside wall where the pipe runs). Was only wondering as didnt know if they would need in my storage unit ot access the pipe.
thanks again!

Agree . The bureaucratic Germans would be sure to have written it on the notice if they required anyone .
