Mountain trail groups and clubs

Just moved to Munich and I am from Hong Kong. I chosed the city Munich is because close to the mountains. But can't find any mountain running activities, race, outdoor sports, adventure spots, etc. Anyone know about it? I would like to join some clubs or groups who dose Mountain bike, kayak or any paddling, climbing, trail run and orienteering. If anyone know about it, please send me a note!

Closest mountain running trails will be down at Tegernsee, but to be honest, the MTB'ing is more popular. Some rides are getting organised on this forum so you could join them. Don't know of any MTB clubs as such, but there's regular mountain rides organised over on the IBC forum.

For rock climbing then get down to the Thalkirchen kletterhalle, there's normally a regular bunch of English speaking folk down there on Tuesday nights.
