Meet up in Düsseldorf, 20s and 30s age group

Hi, I'm 26, feeling overwhelmed by lots of studying & the complications of moving from one place to another here in düsseldorf, and I'd love to get together with some fun, young hearted people and just enjoy some of the rest of this summer.

I suggest meeting up somewhere nice in the altstadt some afternoon or evening this week or next. Like Bagel, on Ratingerstr..

hi! sorry about the time lapse. how about next week, thursday. it's the 30th of august. i'll suggest this place called bagel on ratinger strasse in the (northern part of the) altstadt, but am open to other places. how about 19:00?..

I'd prefer to meet up personally after my wedding has taken place which is in just over a fortnight. I'll have more time then. We could also meet up in Essen or Oberhausen or Bottrop on a different occasion maybe. Just a suggestion.

Is a weekend perhaps not better? I would have thought most people work during the week...

As of 1st September I shall no longer be working but then that means i'll only be in Düsseldorf till 21st before moving back home

I'm up for meeting up, but not this week. Sundays are great in the afternoon - maybe a beer or 5 at the rhein. I am out at a party this Sat evening, so not entirely sure that I will manage to see anything of Sunday, but who knows... Keep me updated!

Hello, I'm new to TT and to Germany and I would love to do this...

Have just moved to Gelsnekirchen (don't ask) and know absolutely nobody except my german girlfriend and her german friends...

Does anybody here live anywhere near Gelsenkirchen or Essen???

I would travel to Dusseldörf anway as it is good to get my bearings.

So did anyone come up with a time and date or does someone just need to take the plunge and choose one where a few people can agree and then do it again someothertime.
