This cozy, brightly decorated, approx 17 m² room with a separate kitchen-bathroom is located in a newly built semidetached house in Munich-Trudering.
The room is equipped with two separate beds (90x200 cm), desk, chairs, Sat-TV, wardrobe and sofa.

The second room includes shower, sink, toilet and a small kitchen with a full refrigerator, 2 hotplates and a table with chairs.

A guest computer with Internet access is available or a DSL cable within the guest bedroom.

This room is a non-smoking room.

Public Transportation:
5 minute walk to U / S-Bahn station "Trudering" (S8, U2) and 5 minute walk to the U / S-Bahn station "Kreillerstraße" (U2) 2 stops (3 minutes driving time) to the fairgrounds. To downtown 15 minutes drive away.

Hi, there! I have a 1-room apartment to rent (fully furnished) during the Oktoberfest. The place is in the central area of Munich. Cafes, Bars, Markets are at the door. In 10 min you are in the city center, and on foot one can be in the Oktoberfest place in 20 min (or 10 min with public transportantion).

The rent costs 45,- Euro per person per night.

Maximum 2 people

There is also a deposit for the key.

We are going on holiday during this Oktoberfest and we’re renting our flat from September 19th to October the 4th.

anyone still looking for accommodation during the Oktoberfest weekends?

I have a large room available for rent - sleeps up to four people comfortable (if someone is willing to sleep on an air matress can even be five). There are two areas - sleeping area with one double bed for two and living area with two separate sofas that can be turned into beds.

The apartment is located very centrally close to Odeonsplatz and is five minute walk to the subway lines U4/U5 and U3/U6 which all service the Oktoberfest stations. It is only a 6 minute ride by train - so easy to get there and home.

Dates available are:

Friday, Sept. 18 to Monday, Sept. 21 and
Friday, Sept. 25 to Monday, Sept. 28

Weekdays optional - depends of offer ;o)

The rental rate is 120€ for four people - 140€ for five.

You are welcome to use the kitchen to cook own meals.

It's taken me this long to figure out it doesn't make any sense to go after our reservations on Saturday the 26th to spend the night in Garmisch, just to go back to the Wiesen for our TT reservations on Sunday the 27th. As we're already out the cash for the room in Garmisch, we (me and my lady friend) are looking for reasonable accommodation for Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th. Should be easy, right? Open to nearly all ideas.

I am going to drive down to Munich from the Netherlands wednesday 23.9 and going back sunday 27.9. If anyone needs a ride, just let me know!

We have a fully furnished apartment(2 room plus bathroom) near Theresienwiese/Goetheplatz ( about 5min.walk ).
Towels and linens are all provided, apartment is suitable for 2 people but we can arrange extra bed for 3rd and 4th person.
Bakery downstairs and various kinds of restaurants, Supermarket, wash center are all within walking distance.
