Oktoberfest accommodation adverts 2009

We have overbooked at a hotel and have some rooms free .

Hotel Neumayr (near U3 Grosshadern) so good connection to the fest.

Rooms cost 110€ per night including breakfast.

I am renting a complete flat (40 square meters), kitchen included from Today until the end of Oktoberfest.
The flat is 2.7 km from Oktoberfest place or 30 minutes walking. Of course, Ubahn and bus are also available to get there.
The apartment is available for the complete period of Oktoberfest. There is two 2 sleeping places (one sofa, one mattress). I don't mind if more people than that stays in.
Price: 100 € per night. Price negotiable for long stay.

A room with shared use of bathroom and kitchen.

Costs will be 30 EUR p.p/night.

In the room there is two beds (with blankets and bedcovers). But the room is big enough to take 5 people if you have sleepingbags.

The room is in a 2-floor student house at Studentenstadt. It is 3 min.s to metro station and 3 min.s to "Englischer Garten" by walking.

It tooks 20 min.s at most to reach the fest area .(10 min.s to city center)

A deposit is required, you'll get it back immediately at departure.

I have two double rooms available in a 4* hotel very near the OktoberFest tents. The hotel is 3 mins walking from the Theresienwiese U-bahn stop.

Available for 2nd October (Friday) night.
Cost 150 EUR per room including breakfast.
