Ok, it seems after Majamurko's post we have reached the 25 mark (maybe Mr Allershausen can double check for me? ) As my original reservation was only for 20 people, until I can get confirmation from the restaurant (as of 17.00 tonight) that they can accomodate more people (max 30) then I'm afraid Lundmark (+1) and all the rest of the maybes will have to be put on a reserve list. If there are any cancellations meantime, I will of course reallocate the places to those on the reserve list.

Looks like it's shaping up to be a nice evening for meeting people. Shame I ended up booking my UK trip this weekend. Have fun and hopefully I can come along to a future event.

Have just spoken to the restaurant and they can take maximum 25 people otherwise there will be no room for other guests in the non-smoking section. We could possibly squeeze a couple of extra bodies in but then it would be a very tight squeeze, especially as everyone will be eating dinner. So for now we'll have to stick with the 25 definites listed in post #68. If anyone cannot make it after all on Sat. please post or PM as soon as possible so that I can re-allocate the seats to those on the waiting list. Thanks!

As there are already 7 people on the reserve list it might be worth trying to reserve another table - however it would be in the smoking section away from the main table (we'd be separated while eating dinner but could move around and change places after in order to mingle). Any feedback?

I would appreciate if you could add my wife and I to the reserve list - we would be fine to sit at another table in the smoking section if it comes to that.

Restaurant only opens at 17.00 so I'lll try and get another table booked in the other part of the restaurant for those on the waiting list (no promises though...it is Sat. night after all).

Lundmark +1 are supposed to come with me (TGR), so reserving another table would be great!

Have just spoken to the restaurant and managed to secure another table for 8 people (in the smoking section and not near the main table of 25). Hope this will accommodate most people on the waiting list! I hope everyone who signed up will turn up now otherwise I'll look a bit stupid.

Both tables (non-smoking section for 25 and smoking section for 8 ) are reserved under the name Toytown for 19.30. Please try to be punctual.

I would also like to go but saw this too late. I will show up at 19.30 at The Big Easy, and maybe those of us who don't fit at the two reserved tables can go somewhere nearby for dinner?

Okay, I just made a reservation at The Big Easy for a table for 4 at 19.30 (smoking section was the only thing available). Pipa, Magali, Sea-king, Pranaman: would any of you like to join me? Well that was a grand evening, an amazingly cheerful waitress, who was rushed off her feet dealing with about 30 people, but still kept smiling. Food was great and good company. Thanks madgibson for organising it.

Thanks again Madgibson - that was a fun TT event for my first one. Sorry we couldn't find anything other than techno to go dancing to but it was great chatting with everyone anyway.

Thanks everyone for coming and making it a fun night! The waitress was indeed amazing considering the numbers and even invited us back again Pity about the techno music but I liked the "idea"of the beach and it was nice to be outside. Sand & me just don't go together...

Oh, was it Techno at the Prater Insel (sp?) And that was the one thing Sinderbox (sp?) guaranteed would NOT be playing wherever we went!

Nice evening, thanks Madgibson for organazing. The dancing place did not play the expected music, but outstanding place anyway. You will not find many other beaches in Munich, much less one where you can dance. Next time we'll organize evening and night both before hand. Looking forward to repeating it soon.
