Can anyone suggest who to go to for a low no deposit mortgage for a house in Germany? I have a regular, salaried, good income from a well established German company and am permanently resident here...

Hi.. for example
http://www.ing-diba.de,
http://www.interhyp.de (agent, maybe offers Ing-Diba) and for
http://www.eurohypo.de (only offered by Commerzbank / agents, no direct access). I have mine with Eurohypo, was around 0.01% cheaper than Ing-Diba..

If you are in the very south of Germany (south of Nuremberg in Bavaria and south of Stuttgart in BW) you might also want to consider going with Austrian Banks. The have a very different system of mortgages which they offer with great success in our area, last year probably 350 Million worth of mortgages went from Bavarian clients to Austrian banks.
Since one of my main areas of business is independent mortgage brokering, feel free to contact me for more details anytime.
