Hiking trip to Tegernsee

hello hikers, Im planning a hiking trip from Tegernsee to Schliersee on the 4th of August. It will be of about medium difficulty and will be at least 5 hours of hiking.

looks like the hike will be going ahead, the weather is looking up. Ill post the details here later today.

here are the details of Saturdays hike!(the 4th of August)

Meeting place: 9:00am infront of the information centre at hauptbanhoff (please note that is OUTSIDE the station, near the muller bakery)
please try to be on time! we meet at that time so we have plenty time to organise tickets etc.

Departure from Hauptbanhoff: 9:42 train arriving at Tegernsee at about 10:43.

hiking: hike from Tegernsee to Schliersee for between 5-7 hours, depending on how fast we go!.

Return to Munich: leave Schliersee on the 5:30 or 6:30 train arriving at Munich one hour later.

cost: we will get a Bayern ticket and split the cost. as there will be a reasonable number of people coming(10 or so, maybe more!) it will be It wont cost more than 10 euros each return.

What to bring: good hiking shoes, plenty water and food and a water proof jacket just in case.

hello everyone who came on the hike!There was 14 of us in total so it was a really good turnout. The weather was great and we got some great views!Im not sure when the next one will be as I have some things coming up but keep your eyes open.
