what a load of crap i thought. but yes it looks like he was in berlin.

Yes, it is a load of crap (especially the part where he claims that superior technology--as opposed to mutually assured destruction and a helluva lot of luck, somehow won the Cold War for us), and Ben Stein's pride as being a close friend/high apologist for the Bush Administration has made him one of the celebrities I most love to hate.

But then I hear his voice in my head saying, "Bueller?" The anger just melts away...

Burgers, Hot dogs, and Ben Stein.

Those embassy guys sure know how to celebrate the independence of their country.
