So, i have decided it is time for me to rejoin a gym as my back needs some strengthening. I have three gyms in mind McFit on Taunusstrasse, Nautilus on FF-ring or Quickfit in Unterföhring.

Is anyone a member of any of these gymns and would like to train together regularly? I am looking at going about twice a week and mostly using the weight machines since I get plenty of aerobiccexercise from cycling. It would be nice to have someone to chat to and help keep the motivation going.
