They are/were two DJs/actors/commentators/comedians in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Murfreesboro to be exact. At least that is what I came up with about three years ago.

They have come a long way and are now featured on Salon.com each week and they may be headed to Comedy Central in the near future.

Their satire trashes everyone and it is a total mocking of red-staters which is kind of funny since the slug posts them like there is no tomorrow.
