Concert: Editors @ Elserhalle

November's starting to look busy. Editors are coming back.

November's going to be a very expensive month for me by the looks of it.

Will be at The Editors as well. Can't wait. Any of you going to Interpol the following week?

Just booked The Editors - they just played Chicago this week and my mate there said it was the best gig he has seen since The Clash in 1972 or some such waffle.

Then Arcade Fire 4 days later.

Being nosey now but what kind of venue is it?

Is it a typical indie venue where you stick to the floor with beer or a nice sedate seated one?

Intending to go alone and wondered how brave I have to be...

It's pretty large inside, but hardly sedate.

That will do fine, just checking after seeing Kasabian in Tokyo where everyone nodded there head and were ordered to stay seated.

According to their site, support tonight is The Boxer Rebellion. Anyone heard anything by them?


Depends which one they're in. Haven't got my ticket in front of me, but I seem to remember it saying it's in the small hall.

Yeah, not bad at all. Even the support band were OK. (Apparently their album is available for free download on last.fm - I had a quick look last night but didn't see it.)

Shame it was in the bigger hall though. I prefer the atmosphere in the smaller one.
