8 Seasons - No reservations during Oktoberfest

Its my birthday during the Oktoberfest and I have a few friends visiting so I called the 8 Seasons to reserve a table for clubbing after the Tents, and they told me that no one can make table reservations during the Oktoberfest because they are removing 100% of their tables and chairs to accomodate the crowds expected.

Does anyone know if this is for sure? It sounds a little odd to me to have a nightclub with no seating?!?!

Does anyone have an inside scoop on this? Or know someone I can contact to help me out?- I have a feeling they were telling me a bit of a story since I did not call them with the right 'connections' to get a table that night...
