I see a lot of Glückshotel deals on opodo.de, but am not exactly sure why this kind of hotel has its own special category. Is it a big multinational brand? Or a type of hotel, like "all inclusive resort" hotels in the States?
Couldn't find much about "Glückshotel" on the web, in wikipedia.de, Toytown search, or leo.org. So I'll risk getting Keydecked by asking for an answer here in the forum. ;-)

Glückshotel's are hotels that the website/provider chooses for you.
They will be in the area you select or close by, but you won't know the hotels name or other details
until you book a reservation. These types of deals are 50/50 you may get a great deal one month
and a crap deal the next, hince the "Glück" or Goodluck part of the name..
