Factories around Bavaria that are open to visitors

Hello,

Can someone tell us any factories located in and around Munich or Bayern?

Any kind of factories like orange juice making, shoe manufacturing, making any machines, cheese or milk products.
Myself and my son are interested to visit them and know how they have been manufactured.

Do you know whether they will allow the general public to visit these factories?

Any hints or pointers?

If you're interested in milk and cheese production, there's a big dairy in Weihenstephan, near Freising. Don't know if they have tours, but they might, seeing as they're so well-known. And there's a dairy in Andechs that specialises in ecologically-sound produce. I think they do offer tours.
