On Saturday at the SC 1880 the Frankfurt Touch Rugby Team will hold a training camp:
10 of us are going to Paris next week-end to hold up the German flag and catch some frogs.
Therefore we are going to have a little training camp this Saturday to get our moves and skills up to the "German National Standard" - HaHa
The training camp is "compulsory" for all "Pariser", but the more the merrier and it will improve our over-all game, if as many of us as possible take part.
The plan is:
10h - 12h --> Attack-Training, i.e. Driving Moves and Line Moves + Games
12h - 14h --> Snacks and Rest and Maybe a quick run to a nearby pool
14h - 15h30 --> Defense-Training, i.e. How to defend in the different zones + Games
16h - 17h30 --> Social Games - it would be great to get 16-20 people for that so that we can play "Pariser" vs. the rest.
Thereafter --> barbecue for everyone!
Please everyone bring their own water and barbi-stuff.
Matt will bring charcoal - I will bring the lunch snacks.
Does anyone who might not be there for the whole day have time to make a salad?
Can anyone bring tomato sauce, mustard, plastic plates and cutlery?
Responses welcome
Looking forward to a sunny, sporty week-end.
