Family-oriented beer garden meet up

... at Hirschau beergarden with the UK flag as usual. We'll be there around 2:30 pm, towards play area - as usual . Look forward to seeing you there.

I would love to - and it's a good one for the kids and well located for me - but the kids aren't here this weekend, so I will be doing non-kid-oriented things.

Same here, nice weather nice beergarden but only found Ian. How was the Hirsch garten?

Sounds like there were two mini-meetups at the Hirschau then!

We met up with Starlite+family and ukmama+family, although we didn't get there until 15:00 and ukmama got there a little later than us as well. I guess we probably left around 18:00.

Without ukmama's union flag we improvised for a short while with a welsh flag tea towel that we had and we also kept our ears open for other English voices to no avail (other than the guy with the jazz band).

Maybe next time then...

We'll PM for the mobile number next time. Or I could bring the big orange flag used for the Friday Beergarden locations.

Oh it is a really too bad that you missed us! Lindsay brought some of the yummiest cakes ever! Even though they were lacking chocolate.

Fair enough. I will bring the cake next time. However, I lack the talent of baking & will need to find a good backerei. Unless you would like to give me some of your secrets...
