I'm craving a lil' of the High Gravity Lager and was wondering if anyone knew if it is sold here...

You can't get any foreign beer in Germany - not even factory beers manufactured by SABMuller. If you want pale, high-gravity beer in Germany, then the style you need to look out for is Heller Bock - a light-coloured Bock beer. The only brewery in Munich to brew this style is the Forschungsbrauerei. Andech's Bergbock Hell is about the only one you'll find in Munich Getränkemärkte.

another high strength import is Carlsberg Elephant and you can find that in cans at petrol stations.
