Before the "common" nose job took over
Cleopatra had a "lovely nose", it has become one of her trademarks. I was thinking about the women I find most beautiful and noticed how much standards have changed for so-called "famous beauties" today. Basically they have all had nose jobs now... but before the pressure to "cut it down to size" - there were some stunning beauties with real noses.
