Sometimes I think I'd rather be in Berlin than Munich. Looking at this weekend's listings for the Fritz Club this weekend would be one such reason.

Doing a club night as part of their European tour supporting Red Hot Chili Peppers, Berlin welcomes Dino Jr. the day after Munich will largely ignore these guitar superstars in the Olympiastadion.
Shame really, they are a band at their best in a tiny club and at medically-harmful volume, seen them many many times and what they lack in lights and flashy, they bring in sheer noise.

A band from Wellington, NZ that are a bit difficult to pin down. Soul? Funk? Beats? Reggae? Who cares? It's all good.
Played Glastonbury last week to rave reviews, worth a look for the curious, try the tracks on the website for the sound of the summer.
