Melt! Festival at Ferropolis, near Leipzig

I wondered if anyone in the area is planning to go to the Melt! Festival. Sounds quite amazing but is not exactly round the corner and unfortunately I have no car and wouldn't want to go on my own in any case.

Despite the lack of response in 2007, anybody going this year? I'm located in Osnabrück and am probably taking the train. We could share a ticket?

18.7. - 20.7.08 this year. I would think I'd try again this year. Didn't go last year. Lets keep the idea in the air until closer the time. Maybe there is a bit more interest this year. Bjork will perform on Sunday. Sounds good to me.

hey, yeah me and my guy- are planning on going there- im not sure how we are getting down there either- perhaps a bus? wed be up for carpooling, although we havent a car-

according to the DB site, if you´re traveling with 4 ppl, you can get upto 50% discount.
Looked into it, and normally you´d spend around 20 E on the train to dessau, and then a busfare, i´m thinking that´ll be around 23 or 24 in total per person.
There´s a bus from berlin to melt, that´ll cost you 19 E to get there, and then 19 to get back; so thats cheaper than train..
us 2 are also planning to go, and are trying to sort out the trip just now.. if you want, get back to me and we´ll puzzle sth out to make it cheaper
