Every doctor I have come across in Duesseldorf speaks English (some better than others, but all enough to get by!), so I suggest finding someone nearby using goyellow.de or goggle. I can recommend to Dr. Rudiger Levine in Wersten (south Duesseldorf).

The US embassy has a list of English-speaking docs but depending on your insurance/health you may not be permitted/covered to see them. And many OBGYNS are not taking new patients.

If you are pregnant I would suggest tracking down a midwife ASAP. You can do this by requesting a list from the hospital (e.g. the University hospital), they will even indicate who is English speaking.

You even get a gown, which is almost unheard of here in Germany. And there is almost no wait!!! I have a friend who is a Gyn in the States who recomended them to me.
