Hi!
You can get tickets for most things at Eventim:
http://www.eventim.de/cgi-bin/tickets-konzertkarten.htmlor, you can go to one of the many ticket kiosks around the city.

Hi Rose,
Tried to get tickets, sadly, sold out

...
Anyway, I might be into the same type of music if you need a concert buddy in future.
Tschuss!

Does he still use the SS-like imagery in his stage decoration for DE shows? I would be surprised if it were allowed.

Don't know - will tell you after the concert though.
Should be interesting because there are things that he can't get away with in the states - that he can here - and vice versa.

Concert was fun - We got there at about 7:30 and saw Oomph! and Marilyn Manson (didn't really care about the first two bands.)
I will note that I was amazed how tame the crowd here was - I'm not sure if it was because there were 2 bands before we got there - or if it's always so tame. For the most part, the mosh pits were just pushing - not so much the fists flying and murder each other mentality of the states. However, I did see a couple girls on the edges get hit in the beginning and decide to take some retribution (the guys lost handfuls of hair). Maybe that sort of sobered them up?
I will note that MM started about 22:00 or so and played a grand total of 10 songs. I know there were 3 other bands, but when Oomph! played longer (and MM was the headliner) I was a little disappointed. Overall MM's show and performance was top quality - and the sounds weren't so loud I thought I'd go deaf without ear protection (this is contrary to my experience stateside). MM did mostly songs from the new album - but he also hit the "classic covers" he's so well known for. Overall, it was a good evening for a concert - though I would have liked if MM had started earlier (since there was an hour in between OOMPH! and him) so we could have more from the albums

None. At least not that I noticed...
Of course... I could have missed it being I was busy with the mosh pit...

Thanks for the concert review. I wish he'd play in Munich! It seems that his new album is more going back to his older style, looking forward to hearing more from it.

Yeah I like the new album alot. There have been a couple where I liked a song or two but the new album is great.
Keep your eyes peeled - he's bopping around here and apparently chatting about maybe buying a house in Berlin. We'll see - because if he does, we know he'll be more out and about than if he's stateside.

He's been saying that for a while now; I remember he said he wanted to move to Berlin in a TV interview a year or two ago (around the time he got married to Dita van/von? Teese I think).

Um.. they're divorced now. (He was caught cheating with a model/actress.) He's dating someone named Yolanda Wall.
But yeah, I think he's been saying that for a while.
