Golf courses and driving ranges - Berlin

Hi Everyone,

Not sure what the golfing culture is like over in Berlin, but can anyone recommend any decent driving ranges in the city- if there are any of course. Also bit of a long shot maybe, but can you also tell me if there are any 9-hole 'pitch-and-putt' courses about as well?
