Student accommodation in Dunedin, New Zealand

Hey Everybody, I needed some Tips on a short term accommodation in Dunedin in New Zealand (South Island). My sister would be doing a semester in the Univ there, and needs a student accommodation for about 6 months. Any tips, advice or help would be appreciated.

Her first point of call is Otago Uni accommodation Office - has she asked there (yes it seems like a silly question but I thought I'd check)?

Yes she has got in touch with the Otago Univ students accommodation, but she was looking out for living more closer to the city centre. Since this all has happened at a very short notice , the chances that she finds something on the campus are a bit small. Anyone here has an idea about some sorts of Agencies for share an apartment thingy?

I found Dunedin to be a horrible, cold, dirty city. But the wild student lifestlye more than makes up for it, I'm sure she'll have a blast.
