Tomorrow evening (tuesday) I am having birthday drinks with 20+ friends - I need to find a bar that will fit us in, where people can chat and mingle a bit, and (as we're all students) is relatively inexpensive... Any suggestions at all are welcome, im really runninng out of time! Schwabing area is best, or central around Marienplatz.

yeah The Arc is good, though also you could consider Gunther Murphy's and Hacker-Pschorr Bräuhaus (formerly known as Bavaria Bräu)
