The bread thread

An essay by Johnny aged 41 and a quarter.

Bread tastes yummy. Sometimes I have bread for breakfast and also for my tea, but when I have it for breaksfast I put things like Nutella on it or sometimes Marmite, but when I have bread at dinner I don't put Nutella on it, I put other things on it, but I can't think of any now. Dad says bread is made from beer but I think he is fibbing. Bread comes in lots of different sizes and in funny shapes. French people eat long sticks of bread called bread sticks. Once there was a pop group called Bread said my mum but I have never seen them on MTV so I think she is fibbing like Dad about the beer stuff.

Does anyone else here like bread?

In parts of the USA it is known as braid.

I love bread..it's so good and you can eat it with so many different things. Especially when it's still warm from the oven with lots of salty butter.. mmmhhh. But if I eat to much of it's not really good for my tummy

I love dark breads, like the stuff you get in Finland, Sweden and Russia... with reindeer cheese. Yummy.

Anyone tried saltless bread? Goes great with extra salty prociutto.
