Relocation companies for moving to Munich

We're about to move this summer to Munich from Amsterdam and wanted opinions on who was the best relocation company to help organise things like housing tours, orientation etc etc as we are a family of four with two kids in pre school.

Just came back from Munich on a 2 week apartment hunt and we got amazing service from Sabine Mayer (sabine@a-mobility.com) of Access Mobility (http://www.a-mobility.com/). She was great with our little one and worked the schedule around the naps, brought her own child seat so our daugther would be safe while touring the city. She sent us a list of doctors, dentists, schools, libraries, etc. that speak our native language (french in our case).

Being herself an expat, helps her better understand the needs of newcomers.

I would be very glad to hear your experiences with relocation companies in Munich, especailly when it comes to help in finding housing. I collected quite a number of quotes, and their packages will set me back at lest 1500 € (just for the basic househunting service). I would be very glad to hear if you have anybody to reccommend, and if you dealt with relocation-muc and SWIFT

We relocated to Munich in 2006 and had a very good luck with our relocation service. Mariana was a big help for understanding the rental landscape here, doing the legwork finding places, and the end result (getting a lease on the place that was our first choice). I would definitely recommend her services to others moving here.

We moved to Munich from England 18 months ago. My wife was 6 months pregnant with our second child so we had some unique requirements!!! We used Relocation MUC (Katrin McKay (katrin.mckay@relocation-muc.com). Katrin was really amazing and sorted everything out for us - I basically provided our requirements, Katrin arranged everything else regarding our move from visiting the city to shortlisting and eventually securing an amazing appartement!!! The whole experience was very positive and I can thoroughly recommend them - they are also competitively priced. The company provide a total and complete service, basically we consider ourselves lucky to have found them!!!
