I am currently in Germany; I have been here for one month training to work for an American Company. I am now beginning the application process to get my “visa�. The company takes full responsibility for me and I have all the documentation (including a letter in German specifying why I am here) that is needed to apply but I am a little confused on the process. Can anyone help? I am doing this alone so any information is good information.

I know I need to go to the Rathaus in my city

I am little confused about the Landratsamt, I know I need to bring all the information that I received from the Rathaus, passport photos, letter of intent, insurance, completed visa form, Passport, Proof of health insurance, criminal background check.. Anything else….???
