Hanseatic League historical tours
Recommendations for Lübeck, Hamburg and Bremen
Im planning on spending a week or so in this area over the summer and wondered if anyone could recommend a local tour in one of these cities that would offer insight to their historical past.

Bremen and Lübeck still retain a distinctive Hanseatic air. In Bremen you would want to see the Rathaus with its impressive upper hall. Lübeck is full of old warehouses and merchant's houses from the era. have a look at the Holstentor and the historic churches.
